Payment & Shop Policies
If you'd like to be notified when I have new items available or when a sale is taking place please join my mailing list by sending me an email (use the "Contact Me" link from my shop) and be sure to include your email address. You have my assurance that your email address will be used for this purpose only - it will not ever be distributed or used anywhere else.
Purchases made from my Fresh Designs shop are processed by Stripe, a highly trusted online payment processing company used by millions of companies in over 120 countries throughout the world. Stripe accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. I also accept PayPal.
If you want to pay by check or money order, please email me (use the "Contact Me" link from my shop) and I'll provide you with an address to which you can send the payment.
All purchases are shipped within 24 hours of when your payment clears.
Shipping within the United State - My flat rate shipping charge of $3.50 remains the same no matter how many items you purchase.
Insurance – Standard shipping charges include tracking information but do *not* include insurance. If you would like your parcel insured please contact me and I will provide you with a quote as it's highly variable and depends on the value of your order.
International shipping – Please contact me BEFORE making your purchase if you’d like your parcel to be shipped internationally and I will provide you with a quote for shipping. If you purchase a single item, I can usually ship it for the same flat rate of $3.50. If you purchase several items I may have to get back to you with a shipping rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Shipping costs are, unfortunately, at your own expense. Please contact me to request a refund. Once I have received the returned merchandise, refunds will be issued less the original shipping charge.
