Payment & Shop Policies

If you'd like to be notified when I have new items available or when a sale is taking place please join my mailing list by sending me an email (use the "Contact Me" link from my shop) and be sure to include your email address. You have my assurance that your email address will be used for this purpose only - it will not ever be distributed or used anywhere else.

I accept all forms of payment accepted by PayPal though it is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account to pay me. After clicking the "Checkout" button, the PayPal screen will display; look on the *left* side of the screen, opposite the login, for the heading that says "Don't have A PayPal account?" Click the "Continue" link to pay using your credit card.

If you want to pay by check or money order, please email me (use the "Contact Me" link from my shop) and I'll provide you with an address to which you can send the payment.

PayPal e-cheques – There is usually an additional wait time for e-cheques to clear. Once the payment clears I will ship the item out. I have found that it can take as long as 5-7 business days to clear, so please keep that in mind when choosing this option.

All purchases are shipped within 24 hours of when your payment clears.

Shipping within the United State - My flat rate shipping charge of $3.00 remains the same no matter how many items you purchase.

International buyers - Please convo me and I will gladly provide you with a quote for shipping your package.

Insurance – Standard shipping charges do *not* include insurance. If you would like your parcel insured please consider the insurance options provided under the "Shipping Options" section; add the appropriate option to your cart before checking out.

Expedited Shipping – If you need your piece by a certain date, please include the cost of expedited shipping to your cart (either Priority or Overnight) before checking out.

International shipping – Please contact me BEFORE making your purchase if you’d like your parcel to be shipped internationally and I will provide you with a quote for shipping. If you purchase a single item, I can usually ship it for the same flat rate of $2.75. If you purchase several items I may have to get back to you with a shipping rate.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Shipping costs are, unfortunately, at your own expense. Please convo me to request a refund. Once I have received the returned merchandise, refunds will be issued less the original shipping charge.
