Classic nautical anchors are captured beneath a glass cabochon. 12mm cabochons (just under ½-inch) set in a smaller profile cuff link setting (14mm). [Last photo shows the small vs. large size cuff links.] Available in silver.
Last photo shows other cabochon colors that these cuff links can be made: ocean blue, navy, aqua, white, crimson red.
